When Rachel picks up on what’s going on between Quinn and Puck, the gang knows it’s not long before she runs to Finn with the news. Even though they try to stop her, they can’t and the news levels Finn, causing him to sucker punch Puck.
Their next problem is that they have to face Sectionals without Mr. Schue. Luckily, Emma pushes back her wedding to escort the kids. Only at sectionals, the group’s glee is cut short when the rival clubs perform their showstoppers, including “Don’t Stop Believin’” and “Proud Mary” thanks to Sue who distributed their set list. When Mr. Schue hears the news, he convinces Finn to go and meet the crew with a new set list and a few motivational words.
Rachel leads them off with Barbara Streisand’s “Don’t Rain On My Parade,” and within no time, the crowd was on their feet before the rest of the glee club came out to join her for “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.”
When Emma goes back to her wedding, she finds herself dumped by Ken which prompts her to finally admit her feelings to Will and since she knows she can’t have him, not now anyway, she also resigns from McKinley.
The good news is, Sue finally gets punished for her bad behavior as Principal Figgins kicks her off the Cheerios and suspends her from the school. To top it off, Will is reinstated to the glee club and serenaded by the kids (who won sectionals of course) with an awesome version of “My Life Would Suck Without You.” All of this love prompted Mr. Schue to chase after Emma. The two share a sweet kiss in the hall as the show ends.
Its going to be a long winter with no Glee!
